General Search of SDAP - Food Allergens

See the SDAP manual for help with the search. All queries implement a case insensitive search for the presence of the query term in a record from the database. For example, a search for fl in the field "allergen - scientific name" will give the result Asp fl 13.

Below is a list of acceptable search terms for the Search Field: allergen type

  • Pectate lyase
  • Cyclophilin
  • Albumin
  • 2S albumin
  • Vicilin
  • Hyaluronidase
  • Antigen 5
  • Lipid transfer protein
  • Lipocalin
  • Profilin
  • weed
  • grass pollen
  • tree
  • mites
