Frequently Asked Questions Q:The search results for an allergen contain only the allergen name, source, and type. How can I retrieve the sequence and structure? A:Many allergens from the IUIS database do not have known sequence, and PDB contains the structure of less tahn 30 allergens. SDAP has links to sequence information from SWISS-PROT, NCBI and PIR, and to structure information from PDB.
